|position||Online Marketing Manager|
|responsibilities||• Deliver an excellent end-user experience by improving the quality level of the local integrated online presence and ensure approach to country websites, campaigns, online sales and external online activities.
• Define local online planning, by translating global corporate/sector strategy and projects roadmap into a competitive local organizational blueprint and local action plan.
• Connect globally driven online marketing initiatives with local activities and market preferences. Act “Glocal”. The aim is an experience designed around the local user.
• Lead a virtual team of local marketing professionals and online stakeholders in an effective Local Internet Council, who develop and execute local online campaigns and activities.
• Interpret and analyze critical online KPIs (NPS, UGCR and Traffic) and take action in order to meet country/cluster targets for performance improvement.
