summary • Shape, create and execute the market Services Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and marketing plan in line with the overall strategy in close cooperation with the Market Group and BG’s. • Drive realization of the market CS business objectives in close cooperation with the MG Business Managers CS. • Responsible for deploying to the region the Customer Services (CS) pricing framework whilst working with MG Business Managers CS. This includes discount schemes and control mechanism to ensure compliance and Services price realization. • Responsible for coordinating and deployment of CS and Business Unit (BIU) related programs for Lifecycle Solutions, LifeCycle Business (LCB), Technology Update (TU), and Value Added Services (VAS) whilst working with region. • Drive change management by sharing best practices and benchmarking. Provide tooling and guidance and steer based on facts and figures (standard reporting and KPI’s). • Drive CS business reviews with markets and reporting on regular basis, both upstream and downstream and define and execute corrective actions. • Analyze the CS business whilst working with MG Business Managers CS (market, customer and competition) as input for CS pricing and CS portfolio positioning. • Drive knowledge transfer of services sales process & tooling to Market Business Managers • Responsible for CS price setting and maintenance process, and ensuring the standard discount, escalation structure is deployed across the regions • Participation in the CS leadership group, and various steering committees as necessary.
