responsibilities · Develop and execute local shopper activation plan with a deep understanding of shopper
· Design and execute in-store activities to drive shopper conversion especially at Department stores
· Carry out shopper research to reflect the insights to activation and provide relevant shopper insights to sales & marketing team
· Analyze various sources of market data and monitor competitors(New model listing, POP installation, VMD & etc.)
· Identify shopper targets, needs, purchase barrier, decision tree and insights to drive sales conversion
· Conduct ROI mesaurement and deliver valuable implication for stakeholders
· Communicate with HQ shopper marketing to understand global strategy and to align local executions
· Discuss/Coordinate with Sales & Logistics for final delivery of BTL materials
requirements Education:
· University Degrees and above
· Worked in a similar position for at least 4-7 years
· Consumer/Shopper Research and Insights
· Trade marketing, Shopper marketing or Brand management
· Preferably in FMCG, Retailer, Medical industy, Advertising agency with BTL execution at stores

· English will be essential
