Manage accounts in terms of retail presentation, market and consumer. Results will be defined as relocation, refurbishment, replacement and enlargement.

Establishing business partnership with accounts, drive marketplace management.

Make holistic plan for key/strategic accounts in terms of revenue and door expansion in a long and short term.

Defining partner of choice for growth engine, build fairly firm structure for company growth

Having various marketplace dynamics, develop and execute seasonal strategies and assortment plan. Must Have; sell-thru, competitors' status and consumer / shop profile.

Starting from seasonal booking, manage monthly shipping target.

Manage to budget by each business

Monitoring account and company inventory, align inventory level with buy process

Direct supervise sales reps. Ensure that the sales rep has clearly established sales goals

Supervise reps to execute those corporate initiatives and sales program


1) Bachelors degree

2) Total over 10 years work experience

3) Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer services in a

Brand Retailer.

4) Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer, sales and people leadership and management

experience required.

5 )Extensive knowledge of athletic industry and of trends in the marketplace. Technical functional

skills to include Retail business systems, spreadsheets, and other computer tools. Ability to use

financial data to make sound decisions on budget management and maximization of revenues

and sales opportunities.


-Communication/Language: Good verbal and written communication skill, including meeting

facilitation and presentations.

-Management/Leadership : Skills at developing, coaching, and counseling direct reports.

-Other : Computer literate-PC Skills, emails, spreadsheets, etc.
