responsibilities Sales empowerment
· Lead the multi-modality deals in planning and positioning by collating all required inputs from internal/external stakeholders to deliver a deal specific sales material
· Provide account team with quality input on overall pre-sales activities (incl. product and feature positioning, deal planning, potential collaboration tasks with other functions, etc.)


Tender lead
· Collate all required information for tender documentation from various stakeholders and coordinate required approvals within required timeframes
· Manage quality and timeline of each tender documentation with comprehensive project management capability; lead a tender discussion with required stakeholders, as necessary


Quote lead
· Create quotes upon requests from the sales organization within required timeframes
· Collect relevant inputs for quote creation, e.g. extended warranty, 3rd party items, approvals, etc.

Process improvement
· Initiate and execute action items to improve overall sales process, with a close cooperation with market sales/operation/product/service team as well as APAC support functions
