responsibilities - To contribute company top & bottom line growth through building effective sales plans/ strategies with market /channel analysis based on shopper/ consumer insight and efficiently control sales budget with ROI base decisions. - To bring business efficiency through improvement on sales forecasting by compilation field sales bottom-ups and discuss inventory management with logistics and contribution for more harmonious communication with other functions in a company and outer 3rdparties on behalf of sales. - To support Sales director for right/ on time decisions making about general sales plan & issues
requirements -Job experience : more than 4years in business strategy development or business planning -Personality: - Logical analyses & planning skills - Well organized & Good communication skill - Proactive and optimistic -Oriented in the consumer field -English : Fluent English Skill -MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) : Advanced level -Education : University (MBA is a plus)
