responsibilities •Take responsibility and ownership for results, including costs, methods and staffing. •Manage facility maintenance and day to day operations, and coordinate contractors who provide maintenance services and repairs, furniture moves, simple electric projects, painting, cleaning, light construction, and small office modifications. •Manage on-site administrative services (copy services, mailroom services, convenience centers and supplies, reception/internal switch board etc.) •Efficiently and competitively manage on-site amenities and employee services (food service, meetings and event planning and scheduling etc.) •Undertake an active role in supporting the Global Safety and Security Team in all employee Health & Safety matters at the locations. Lead teams implementing moves, adds and changes across all facilities partnering Manage the facility contingency plan to maintain facility operations in the event of a major unplanned event, •Maintain documentation on building and greater facilities such as power diagrams, network diagrams, space usage, etc. •Provide detailed input on projections on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. •Manage and issue monthly and quarterly metric reports against key facility operating metrics.
requirements •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean. •Ability to respond to changing priorities, work well with others, and multitask. •A Bachelor Degree preferably in Facilities Management required, or equivalent experience. •Minimum of five years facility management experience in customer focused environments, preferably with a multi-national company. •AutoCad capabilities would be an asset. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required. •Sound knowledge of business and technical operations. •Requirement for a good command of English.
