summary
responsibilities - Partners with business units and managers on human capital needs to enable delivery of business objectives - Supports newly defined business strategies in regards to HR needs - Liaises and consults with the Centre of Expertise to achieve particular needs of the business/function as effective stewards of the business model - Translates and implements defined HR strategies into regionally / locally applicable action plans and monitors progress - Supports all HR policies and services, including required changes and ensures compliance of business - Supports the recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes, as well as the employee separation process - Coaches managers in people management and employee relations - Ensures compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements - Provides/implements solutions with a best practice, analytical, holistic focus - Develop and Roll out (re)planned Korea HR Blue Print - Coordinate the local HR work plan weekly, monthly, annual-based and review the progress - Understand the local functions’ and the country manager’s needs and translate them into specific local HR programs
requirements - Over 10 years of experience - Bachelor degree and above in Business administration, Educations, Laws, or Psychology - Fluent English/Korean proficiency in both written and spoken - Good communication-listening and understanding- capability - Good coaching capability with a proven record of success - IT skills: MS office, confident of Internet and intranet-based HR system will be preferred
