1. Prepare the quarterly internal publication. 2. Develop and organize internal communication programs to. 3. Organize sessions, events, and other opportunities for cross-functional information sharing as required. 4. Indentify opportunities and create programs for employee involvement. 5. Develop concepts, strategies, programs and advertisement campaigns. Upon approval of concept, plan, budget and implement the programs. 6. Plan and implement local prevention programs. 7. Identify and develop programs to meet common community concerns. Negotiate, whenever necessary, for total or additional funding. 8. Maximize opprotunities for the company's public exposure with favorable image. 9. Establish and develop close relationships with the local media. 10. Identify, recommend and support management participation at external speaking opportunities.
1. Ability to work well with different stakeholders 2. Good analytical and communication skills 3. Broad sense of media and communications environment 4. Fluency in written and spoken Korean and English 5. BS or BA degree in public relation , communication , journalism or related field preferred
