summary
responsibilities - In conjunction with the Country / Brand Manager, to develop annual communication, PR plans, CRM activities and corresponding budget. - To identify, assess and develop public relation and advertising opportunities in order to maximize brand awareness and correctly position brand image. - To monitor budget expenditure and ensure remain within agreed limits whilst maximizing the return on spending. - To liaise and communicate successfully with the Country / Brand Manager, local retail network and Regional Communications team in order to ensure the smooth planning and implementation of brand events, PR and communication activities & CRM activities. - To develop and nurture media/celebrity relationships so as to maximize opportunities for brand exposure. Act as representative in social events where and when appropriate. - To conduct in-depth analysis on the returns in funds invested in communications– evaluate the media value gained from investment in PR (ie: press collections, shows, product placements, celebrity endorsement, press & CRM events and etc.). - To suggest promotional items and materials, if appropriated.
requirements At least 5 years’ managerial experience in luxury fashion retail industry Proven success in managing above-the line, below-the-line, new product launches, celebrity endorsement, Press and CRM events. Excellent communications capability
