summary 1. Develop marketing plans for the complete product line, in all relevant channels of distribution  2. Assist in development and review of sales budgets for products  3. Develop and implement sales and product marketing strategies to achieve sales objectivies  4. Develop and promote products in a tailored manner, designed to meet specific customer needs  5. Keep abreast of market situation. Conduct competitive analysis. Provide Asia headquarter and global with relevant market information for South Korea  6. Work closely with Sales Teams to identify and assess business opportunities  7. Assist in development of, when necessary, sales proposals and pricing recommendations for products in accordance with the Company’s short and longterm sales objectives, test products, sales and profit potential and current marketing strategies and projects 8. Conduct customer calls and follow up inquiries with Sales Teams to secure and develop business  9. Other functions related to market development for products, which may be assigned from time to time  10. To oversee the staff in the department and to promote team spirit, positive morale and overall productivity  11. To consolidate/ collaborate marketing activities in North Asia Pacific Region
