responsibilities IST Manager is responsible for developing IST Strategy, initiating e-business marketing and managing IT projects with HQs/ regional team and Mary Kay Korea management team. Keep effective and stable IT environments and provide IST related supports. Actively update newly launched technology. Design and implement a local system.  1. Participate in the development and implementation of strategic direction, IT standards/solutions, budgets, and business systems (application and infrastructure).  2. Facilitate and execute corporate information strategies from statements of direction and follows them through to end-user operations and training. Make decisions and resolve complex IST issues  3. Develops and maintains schedules for efficient operation and timely output of data requested by end-users. Consults with management, administrative and technical staff to determine information needs, data flows and system definitions.  4. Manages and supervises the IST team, promotes teamwork, provides coaching and motivation. Coordinates and cooperates with Regional and Corporate IST teams for all aspects of IST duties. As part of management team, attend executive meeting and participate in important business decision process
requirements 11 Year University Graduate in Computer Science, MIS or other related field. 2 Yrs + experience in an acting leader or manager role.
