responsibilities * 미국계기업 HR Manager 부장급 Lead HR function in Korea organization with direction and control of overall HR services such as compensation & benefit, performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, other office administration tasks. As a part of management team with other function managers, participate in the decision making for company wide business issues and report to General Manager, and have 2 direct reports Strategic Business Partner - Manage the Change to build a successful organization to be able to achieve short and long term business goals and objectives including cultural and process change - Participate in the company business planning and build the HR strategic plan to align the company strategy - Advise functional managers about organizational and people issues - Analyze the company wide organizational issues, create the improvement plan in alignment with rest of the management team and execute Core HR Process Planning & Implementation - Compensation & Benefit: Design the most motivating compensation structure (salary, incentive or bonus structure) and benefit plan in cooperation with Corp. HR. - Organizational Development : Identify the critical process and cultural issues, and develop the change management plan and execute it in cooperation with functional managers - Performance Management : Design the local process and implement it – performance planning and evaluation, individual development plan - Talent Management: Identify the company wide development needs and deliver the most appropriate and effective solution including training, coaching, and process design. Identify the high potential employees and develop the retention plan - Recruitment & Selection: Develop the proper job description for vacant position to communicate to search firm or online and conduct an interview with candidates for selection. Develop the hiring process and advise the interview skill to functional managers to be able to select the right person - Reward & Recognition: Develop the company wide rewards program, promotional job ladder to ensure the career development - HR measurement : Developing a reasonable HR metrics to monitor the HR practice Managing HR & Admin Service - Budgeting for labor cost and general administration expense - Developing the benefit and administration policy and procedure - Managing the people to ensure the satisfactory HR service to our associates - Managing the driver safety program
requirements - Communication & Influence competencies (strong interpersonal skills) - Relationship building skills - HR technical expertise including local legal knowledge - Conceptual skills : strategic thinking and planning, process oriented thinking - People management & leadership - High personal integrity - Fluent written and spoken English - Education & Experience : at least an university degree with over 10 years experience in HR 전형방법 :
