responsibilities 외국계 패션 회사 부산점 Store Manager(점장) Effectively lead and manage newly build key company owned retail locations in a major department store which represent the premier consumer experience for the Brand. Oversee all in-store activities to achieve sales goals, expense management and customer service levels in accordance with global and regional retail guidelines. Deliver Financial Results, Business Assessment, and Planning Accountable to deliver the overall revenue and operational expense targets for the store. Monitor and take steps to optimize store performance metrics and KPI’s related to sales, revenue, wages, SG&A, PTI, shrink, margin, and other measures. Provide feedback to Retail Operations team to assist in creating monthly/annual store budgeting and forecasting processes that tie to the overall retail plan. Participate and contribute to periodic business recaps. Assess the business and develop store business plans that support corporate retail initiatives and track results (ex: seasonal initiatives). Ensure that store team is goaled against stretch KPI targets. Customer Focused Sales and Service Culture Decent understanding of department store customers’ service expectation and shopping behavior. Lead & develop a customer-focused organization. Provide a culture in the store that brings the Brand to life at Retail. Achieve customer oriented KPI’s and expectations. Ensure the service strategies are communicated and reinforced to drive customer-focused sales and service culture to maximize revenue. Monitor and respond to customer feedback. Provide feedback to Retail Operations when necessary. Implement and utilize recognition, rewards, and incentives as a consistent approach to motivate and inspire the team. Ensure appropriate staffing and training in the store to achieve customer focus goals. Lead the training strategy for the store to ensure customer and revenue goals are achieved. Operational Excellence Expert operation knowledge and skill for department store’s POS system and general market environment in department stores. Ensure the store optimizes operational performance consistent with company initiatives, priorities, standards, policies and practices. Responsible for the operational, visual presentation, shipping and receiving, marketing, PR, loss prevention, human resources, customer service, facilities and maintenance activities of the store. Monitor best practices in the industry and stay in front of the competition. Provide feedback to Retail Operations to drive process improvements. Develop effective partnerships with Retail Development and other functional groups to identify and communicate operating best practices. Ensure the store achieves compliance with policy, procedure and legal standards (e.g., wage and hour, risk mgmt, etc.). Leadership & HRP: People Development Accountable for the overall leadership and people management of the store including Human Resources planning, proactively recruiting and hiring top talent, training and development, performance management, role clarity, succession and career planning, coaching, diversity, and employee relations. Ensure compliance to CFE process. Partner and work collaboratively with Retail operations to achieve positive common goals. Lead and maintain a positive and motivating work environment. Lead by example as a Brand Ambassador. Ensure that Company Retail Mission, Maxims, business priorities are communicated and come to life in the stores.
requirements 2-year university 이상, 머천다이징/디자인/리테일관련 전공선호 Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible Retail experience at the management level. Major brand store manager experience in Department store in Busan market is required. Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service. Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management experience required.\ Written and spoken English prefered, proficent in e-mail, verbal and phone communication.
