responsibilities * RETAIL SPACE MANAGEMENT Manager 팀장급 (차부장급) Job Responsibilities: Lead the Space Management team in owned and retailer store and shop development, space planning, vendor negotiations & management and budget management. Business accountability, Contracts, Vendor and Budget Management - Responsible for management of all Shop development in partnership with global and regional teams and 3rd party construction vendors. Insure processes are established between vendors, retailers. Leverage reporting and accountabilities to insure effective management practices. - Responsible for all fixture vendors used by Space Development team, oversee contracts, vendor management, effective budgeting, and efficient products. Facilitate annual RFP to ensure competitive pricing and quality build-out and fixtures. - Be able to guide company and retail partners to understand ROI and payback periods for shops based on all costs involved. - Manage the annual space management and budgets, provide accurate monthly forecasting, and provide tools to approve and evaluate budget expenditures for the retail shop program. Shop opening process and logistics management - Develop and monitor shop opening process from design through execution. Responsible for achieving execution excellence and quality control during all steps of the process. - Develop tools and on-going training (vendors, retail team, sales rep) to communicate company’s expectations and raise overall standards and quality. - Drive site selection excellence through training and Coaching Regional Retail Managers and Sales management. - Develop criteria and tools to map out space to meet the needs of the business - Work with Retail Development teams and sales to enforce maintenance and repair issues. Program Development - Responsible for fully understanding the retail environment as it relates to all channels and accounts. From this be able to lead the direction and development of company’s presentation needs and opportunities in company branded space - Identify and drive retail evolution based on business and market differentiation needs. Provide strategy for new concepts. Assist design and merchandising team to clearly understand strategy.
requirements University Degree: Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, Finance, Design or Architecture major Minimum 7 years of related experience with retail Written and spoken English required, proficent in e-mail, verbal and phone communication. Experience in sports and/or apparel/footwear retail is prefered. Experience in interior design of retail spaces is mandatory.
