responsibilities 1.Supervising all shops to be in good shape   - Securing better sales supporting environment   - Maintance of shops' interior and exterior(Maintenance agent handling)   - Communication with Store managers for store operations  2.Proceed with sales promotion coopeating with Marketing team    - Arranging overall schedule related to Dep't stores   - Supporting Marketing team to carry out the planned promotion through communications with store 3.Discuss sales-related matters and activities with Dep't store buyers including in-store promotions, DMs, , sales, etc. 4.Managing and coaching retail administrator   - Sales reports   - Following up on all supports related to retail operation   - Reviewing orders taking on sales supporting materials and perfumes   5.-Consolidate the monthly sales flash and prepare the traffic report with sales analysis when necessary    - Make necessary analysis on existing and possilbe opening locations 6.- Check and do the necessary follow-up actions on urgent repair cases   - Free of Charge confirmation  7.Liaise with Store Managers and do the necessary communication with customers on complaint   8.- liase with dealer shops for all delicate issues   - Make a decision and smoothen the watch transfer between botiques and dealers 9.Managing AS admins to cope with their job and support communication between shops and AS admins
requirements -4년제 졸업자 -관련 경력   4년 이상  - Fluent in English
