responsibilities * Main Responsibilities - Implementation and compliance with all HQ guidelines related to Brand and Architecture and leverage the same as a competitive advantage - Support the development of Boutiques and Trade - Efficient and timely management of PFME within budgets - Adapt and implement corporate/global PR and Event Programs locally (e.g. around new product launches), including execution, with support of function Managers - Leverage all corporate tools and research at the local level to translate all consumer insights into strategy and competitive advantages - Coordinate translation needs & related services and execute the local translation strategy in keeping with International Marketing Guidelines - Provide support and manage all Media, PR and Events related activities in the markets in keeping with International guidelines - Manage approved local agencies and service providers to ensure quality, costs and effectiveness parameters and capitalize on international networks to achieve specific business objectives - Evaluate local needs for specific developments if any and manage development accordingly with prior validation from HQ on all ATL activities. Develop materials for specific advertising/media support for e.g. campaigns, local mega posters, etc. - Budgeting, controls and reporting at the market level - Provide marketing support to the Boutiques and Trade operations in keeping with corporate guidelines to create the ultimate product experience - Contribute towards and support the roll out and execution of corporate initiatives/projects
requirements - University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business administration MBA with a specialization in Marketing would be an advantage - Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium brands would be an advantage - Worked in a similar position for at least 5 years in a Market - Fluent in English is required.
