responsibilities Overall Responsibilities - Leverage and implement the market sizing and segmentation exercise as per the International Guidelines - Understand end-consumer and customer needs in the attributed channels. Turn understanding into actions that allow for growth and expansion in the respective channels - Understand competitor activities and trends and develop counter-measures proactively - Successfully implement CRM guidelines and principles, monitor average consumption - Leverage current market knowledge and network in order to accelerate brand’s visibility and awareness in all concerned segments - Implement international/corporate deals following contract agreement and ensure compliance/high quality execution - Implement of venue approach at customers - Inform on specific needs for accessories and marketing tools - Manage debtors and stocks situation - Identify and leverage the appropriate events/fairs etc - Build a mutually rewarding and sustainable relationship with Key Accounts/Chefs/Wine Sommeliers etc. - Collaborate hand-in-hand with OCS/CC Sales Team - Actively leverage, PR/Events as a tool to build brand visibility and networking with the different segments. - Achieve consumption and brand visibility targets Operational Responsibilities: - Plan & execute effectively daily contacts & sales appointments, within assigned luxury segments - Demonstrate product, and gain customer agreement to place machine (sold or under operating) in locations which will generate a high capsule volume, high image positioning - Coordinate sales/service related activities - Provide the Country Manager with concise management reports - Responsible to input accurate datas - Assist Country Manager in any other key projects Sales Force/Team targets : - Set-up SF/Team annual business targets/KPIs, according to international guidelines - Setting, monitoring and review of weekly/monthly/yearly individual business targets Managing Sales Force/Team on a daily basis : - Weekly individual meetings with SF - Monitoring of use of Pre-sales database by SF - Coaching on the job by joining SF when visiting clients - Supporting SF in any aspect of the job Managing the recruitment process for new SF : - Support of Country Manager in recruitment process - Integration and induction of new SF in the organisation - Support Accountant in managing the SF remuneration
requirements - 3-5 years of successful sales experience + 2-3 years of successful Sales Management experience - Understands the unique characteristics of marketing luxury image/products - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office - Fluent English (orally & written). Chinese and/or additional Asian languages would be a plus - 차부장급 (경력10년내외)
