* Corporate Account Manager in F&B Division

responsibilities

- Responsible for RETAINING, GROWING & GAINING key corporate account sales across all industries within the F&B segments in Korea. - Retain existing Corporate Accounts (Retain) - Increasing penetration in existing corporate accounts (Grow) - Sell new corporate accounts (Gain) - Create a team approach to maintaining, penetrating and selling corporate account business • Recognize contributions to the corporate account from other sales associates • Provide training to sales personnel on how to effectively work with a corporate account • Understand resources available to support a corporate account

requirements -Initiative: able to initiate new strategies and plans in order to stay ahead of the market and competition and have the ability to grasp opportunities as they present themselves - Confidence: ability to confidently make presentations and “sell” the company, our products and capabilities to senior management of our customers, able to seek out these key personnel and develop favorable relationships with them at national level - Communication: able to communicate within all levels internally as well as with customers - Organization: strong organizational skills to be able to be involved in all F&B matters - Knowhow: possess a sound knowledge, not only F&B (Klenzade / P3) products and programs but also the successful strategies and practices carried out in the same corporate account groups throughout the region - Problem Solving: capable “problem solver”, typical problems to be solved may include: •Meet key corporate customers to resolve any service or product application issues. •Introduce any new ideas/selling concepts to take advantage of a particular market opportunity. •Work with Corporate Head Quarters to establish necessary product approvals. •Work with local SM & GM to overcome issues relating to any corporate account contract dispute. - Sales sound sales and negotiation skills, together with tact and common sense 전형방법 :
