|responsibilities||-Lead & drive Digital channel strategy for future opportunities.
-Understand seasonal key products to develop and execute digital sales plans to meet the sales target.
-Create eCommerce business roadmap reflecting seasonal key products and collection pages.
-Build consumer moment leverage through sales promotion.
-Manage Gross Margin (markdown rate, discount rate, commission etc.).
-Partner and collaborate cross functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Marketing teams.
-Maximize business opportunities with our partner channel
- Minimum 8+ years related experience.
- Experience in all major business areas of E-commerce (on-site marketing, site merchandising experience is preferred).
- English Communication Skill
