Based on Korea, This is a regional CoE Role managing across Asia (Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore & Malaysia).
The key focus is around managing talent strategies which include, but are not limited to, leading, a high-performing TA Team to ensure results-oriented delivery of hiring and talent pipelining needs; leveraging technology and social media to enhance employer branding; and driving innovation in early talent development to build a pipeline of future leaders for the organization.
TA is seen as a strategic function and requires someone who can partner closely with senior business stakeholders across the region.
