|responsibilities||- Responsible for overall K/A business understanding to meet company mission especially Account sales target achieving.
- Responsible for strategic Account growth planning based on sales fundamental distribution & Listing, improving shelf visibility-POG improving, keeping & managing retail pricing, merchandise activity developing & supervising.
- Responsible for managing Olive Young and stores (Inc. Other small Account) improve current status from HQ to store side.(According to Career experience & performance, can lead H&B Team)
- Developing & Planning yearly/monthly Sales fcst& demand, budget allocation with effective & efficient execution Account and store level.
- Team sales target & kpi management
- Develops, executes and monitors the short and midterm customer’s action plan.
- Managing and coaching sales rep who is in charge of handling account store level to make him or her lift as account Mgr. in the next picture (Potential)
- Monitoring merchandiser’s in store activity and promoters to get more valuable activity
- Account sales closing invoice Tax, rebate and delivery fee and modify customer profile.
- Gathering and reporting market information, competitor’s activity and Analyzing sales & POS data
- Co working with related departs Marketing, Logistics and Finance to make good harmony.
- Establish strategies suitable to team /accounts aligned to company strategies based on understanding of all accounts within the team, in order to contribute to given objective (sales & profit) achievement
|requirements||- Major Key Account managing experience at least 3 years
