• Planning operations & staffs training
• Outbound operation supervising
• Preparing and presentation of various reports to Operation Manager & Customer etc
• Employment, interview, welfare, working condition, health issue, employee suggestion, Performance review.
• Drive corrective & preventative actions for any operational non-conformances or performance issues
• Establish priority areas for cost reductions, process Improvement.
• Supervising investigation of any quality non-conformances put preventative measures in place
• Supervising Operation and NPI process, audit the process & Process Re-engineering
• Communication with customer to get any complaints, requests, and to raise any issues to resolve.
• Supervise Inventory Process & Process Re-engineering & Project
• Supervise Customer Service & manage Customer Complaints
• Managing KPI
• Daily check of facilities & securities.
• Respond to the disaster such as Fire, Flood, and Power down etc.
• Check and supervising the safety issues and make any prevention plan for the safety of employee.
• Development of Operation Quality maintain ISO 9001:14001 and customer standards compliance.
• English communication skill
• + 4 yrs experience in warehouse operations
• Forklift certified and able to operate a variety of material handling equipment
