|responsibilities||- Responsible for FMCG sales and channel strategies setup and delivering committed goals & targets.
- Responsible for FMCG sales team management by motivation and development for the sales forces
- Developing and improving & managing yearly & monthly sales fcst& demand, budget allocation, price structure of channels and account effectively.
- Lead with go-to-market plans for new product launches/ re-launch.
- Own & manage the customer relationship tightly with major customers and buyers across all responsible channels.
- Lead & facilitate the cross-functional team work with other department such as Marketing, Logistics and Finance.
