responsibilities

- Develop NPD (New product development) / launch & activation plan to contribute brand growth

- Develop marketing strategy

- Implement defined brand communication strategy, briefing and managing creative agency to develop online/ offline communication and campaign program

- Develop and implement Integrated marketing communication (TVC, PR, digital, Instore)

- Develop effective P.O.S.M (merchandising tools) and promotional package based on specific channel / shopper insights.

- Develop new product package and concept cooperated with agency

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors’ activities

- Consolidate pillar A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget plan and ensure monthly progress compared to established plan.

- Monitor demand and order forecast of brand in charge.


requirements - Bachelor's degree - Strong marketing experience, preferably for 7 years or more - Experience in FMCG industry is plus, but not must - Fluent in English
