• Manage of Human resources training, development, performance & talent development, labor and employee relations and implement corporate Human Resource strategies and programs.
• Learning & Development; Organize, execute the overall training and development cycle

• Employee Relation: work with HR Head, handle ER issues when needed, and make sure
company in compliance with Korean law.
