|requirements||• Min. 12 year experience with a full cycle of C&B process in minimum of 500 employees organization.
• Solid knowledge in local labor regulations, compensation & benefit administration and management, as well as program design.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with HRIS project implementation, as well as HR process improvement and automation.
• Experience in HR governance (policy & procedure) is a plus.
• Fluent in Spoken & writing English
