responsibilities Digital Marketing
-Develop company digital strategy and roadmap of actions to impact business and relationships with consumers
-Plan and execute new concepts & way of digital activation in compliance with brands’ initiatives
-Provide consultations for brand digital activation including, content development, campaign planning & platform launch
-Determine digital KPIs and measurement approach
-Provide digital trend & insights for brand team & MC members so that they are able to keep up-to-date digital knowledge and capability
-Liaise with regional and HQ to implement digital initiatives locally
-Plan and organize digital workshop for the cross-function teams on the specially assigned digital topics
-Develop relationships with external content provider, media and technology providers
-Collaborate with IT team to build the appropriate infrastructure and tech stack to support activities

eCRM
-Collect and manage consumer databases to provide personalized content & information on their consumer journey
-Develop & enhance loyalty program to keep consumers are engaged with the brand with relevant benefits & information
requirements -Over 7 years experience of all digital, eCRM, social, mobile and data-smart marketing tools and techniques and their application
-English fluency (written, verbal and presentational)
-Bachelor's degree
