summary - Planning / merchandising : Understand the product, delivery and pricing needs of key markets, consumers and channels and develop appropriate product line plans to achieve category revenue and profitability targets. Understand business & category initiative and develop the line to support it and to align with sales program & retail marketing. Manage the product pricing under pricing strategy. Use analysis of historical and current market trends and the competition to create effective silhouette and flow plans. Manage style/SKU productivity. Work with AP team to develop local relevant product & provide product expertise on fabric, design & fit to provide the best product. - Presentation & Communication: Act as the category spokesperson. Prepare and deliver category presentations and assist in the coordination and development of category tools and salesman samples. Manage & support the preparation and execution of all Merchandising and Sales events. Provide product knowledge among internal or external group through product, brand related event. Work with AP team counterparts to craft seasonal initiatives in line panning. Work with MKT team to provide product knowledge and show the product story & merchandising through retail as well as media. - Ensure the timely and accurate communication of all product related decisions and information to internal category and functional staff and AP team managers as necessary and appropriate. - Manage the entry and accurate maintenance of style information in the CLP system on a timely and regular basis.

requirements Requirements: BA degree in businiss or merchandising or related field. 5-6 years MD or buyer or sales or marketing or apparel related experience is required. Good at excel and power point. Good English communication skills is required.
