responsibilities - Develop Sales targets and budgets which are ambitious but achievable - Prioritize/optimize allocation of resources to support delivery of Sales targets and facilitate alignment between Company strategy and Sales execution - Identify risks & opportunities vs. Sales targets to implement corrective actions and ensure Budget delivery - Actively communicate with relevant teams to make up the risks and capture the opportunities. - Assist and Support trade marketing director in analyzing the current issues and hypothesis in sales - Lead IT or other cross functional projects. - Based on sales forecast, cowork with logistics team to place enough order to each brand owner.
