responsibilities - Support establish the annual union relation strategy and master plan. - Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as employment standards, regulations, and laws in order to understand how these impact the organization and adapt employee relations practices as appropriate. - Support labor union management activities. Wage & CBA bargaining included wages & benefit analysis with a labor union - Support the meeting with Union management including Quarterly meeting - Monitor internal Union activity, competitor’s labor relation and collective bargaining - Build cooperative relationship programs for harmonization with Union - Manage in-company ceremonies & events - Engage in Employee Award & Disciplinary actions - Assist employee benefit programs
requirements - Bachelor's degree - 유관 경력 5년 이상 - English communication skill
