summary
responsibilities - Implement public relations programs, activities, campaigns, events, and promotional materials that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation and that are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience. - Review and approve draft speeches, articles, press releases, public statements, and other communications to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the organization’s overall public relations strategy. - Coach other managers and executives to improve their interactions with the public and media. Respond to more complex or escalated enquiries from the public, media, or other interested parties to ensure that all communications are accurate and appropriate. - Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement public relations programs or activities that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall public relations strategy. - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of public relations and communications professionals to ensure that all public relations-related projects are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner that enhances the organization's reputation and is consistent with its business objectives. - Budget management and promotion evaluation - Improve internal communication channel and activities - Support & engage in Employee Award & Disciplinary actions - Budget management & plan and execute press tour / media event / company event
requirements - Bachelor's degree - 유관경력 12년 이상 - Fluent in English
