responsibilities 1. Responsible for initiating annual and long term O2O brand promotion strategies, developing competitive campaign plan, leading collaborative execution and analyzing results / ROI on the basis of holistic understanding of prevalent market and consumer trend, competitive situation, objective acknowledgment of brand attributes and creative mindset. 2. Play a key role to run effective media mix and execute IMC campaign and brand communication, role as a key contact for media and KOL, manage and evaluate professional vendors in order to maintain the quality of work and efficiency, and plan and lead co-marketing with synergic industries. 3. Under general direction, lead consumer marketing team to develop corporate communication plan, manage corporate philanthropic sponsoring activities, supervise & keep the quality of everyday PR & DPR activities, and prepare issue management. 4. Cooperating and/or leading various functional areas to develop O2O integrated marketing campaign and CSR campaign, play as a key contact for NGO and public facilities, and coordinate action plans & prepare activities. 5. Supervise O2O consumer promotion, review analytic report and monitoring data, and keep shaping promotions, contents, format. 6. Be relevant and competitive for ever-changing digital marketing trend and seek creative, effective and right digital marketing ideas, and fully support and get involved in annual AD/PR and campaign budget planning process
requirements -Bachelor degree+ in marketing, business administration, journalism or related majors. - At least 8 years of experience in consumer targeted marketing or marketing communication in cosmetics, personal care or appropriate retail industries. Knowledgeable and experienced in digital marketing based on traditional PR. - Fluent English Communication Skills
