responsibilities - Responsible for developing trade/channel strategies and plans to deliver sales objectives and superior sales fundamentals (Listing-distribution, shelving-display, pricing –promotion, merchandising) including new product launch plans to achieve sales fundamentals objectives - Manage trade budget including in-store sampling budget from marketing - Contribute to the right decision making for key manager through business analysis - Lead to communicate various discussion topics related to channels/customers with multi functions - Support or lead trade related special projects when assigned for sales department - Develop VMD & POSM
requirements  7+ years of related work experiences on planning and / or field sales(At least, 3years of key account sales manager, good at numbers or sales planner in FMCG industry)  At least 2~3 years of TM experience as Channel / Category in a similar industry  Intermediate English proficiency  Business insight  Strong analytical skills / Good a PPT/excel  Think hard work smart. Stress management & strong ownership/ teamwork
