responsibilities Overall management and development of Human resources Recruitment - Proceed recruitment interviews with department managers / coordinators - Co-validate the recruitment decisions - Manage the new comers welcome (associates, temp staff, interns) before on-boarding - Take care of the integration of the new comers (regular reviews…) - Validate with the department managers / coordinators on the probation evaluation Compensation & Benefits - Prepare with the department managers / coordinators the salary evolution proposals while respecting the salary policy of the company People development & Associate Engagement - Co-pilot the Gallup Engagement survey with the managers - Contribute to the implementation of actions relation to communication, health & safety - Define with the managers the succession plans in order to maintain the expertise level, the multiskill and to ensure that we have the best right talent Training plan - Propose the creation, follow-up and implementation of the training plan while optimizing the budget - Plan and organize training sessions taking into account the running of the production operation Communication and problem solving - Be the permanent HR contact for associates - Support the department managers / coordinators for information sharing top-down and bottom-up - Actively participate in maintaining a good social environment (positive and engaging) with a daily communication that must be direct and close - Actively contributes to solving issues encountered by the factory employees, including temp staff - Inform the plant manager of the social environment and of the issues encountered within the company - Participate to the safety meetings (CHSCT = In France we have a mandatory committee made of employees to look after health and safety for associates) - Is responsible of the respect of food safety rules. Is responsible of the availability of human resources trained to those Food Safety rules. Report any food safety issue to the food safety manager of the factory - Contributes to associates well-being - Participate to OHSAS 18001 implementation and certification renewal
requirements - Minimum 3 years’ HR management & ER in factory/production operation - Overall 8 to 10 years’ experience in HR in manufacturing industry - Well balanced between HR strategic planning and hands-on operations - Factory organization setting up experience is a plus - Experience in working with high management team at local and regional level - Excellent communicator both in English and Korean in written and verbal - Positive and energetic team player - Dealing with ambiguity - Problem solving and getting things done within timeline
