summary
responsibilities - Responsible to develop marketing strategies and implement action plan - Develop, implement and monitor ATL activities including advertising, media, PR and sponsorship - Plan and execute BTL related actions for short and long-term business objectives in conjunction - Monitor and control marketing spending against budget and plan - Analyze marketing information and continuously provide insightful recommendation for the brand - Manage relevant agencies in delivering quality and professional services - Communicate with brand owners and ensure brand strategies/actions are in line with global guidelines - Communicate with internal/external counterparts and get best support for the brand from them - Support a brand manager both for strategies development and action implementation - Manage, motivate and coach team member and therefore maximize team work efficiency - Support and cooperate with trade marketing and sales teams by developing and implementing marketing action plans - Analyze the comprehensive market data to contribute the development of business strategy - Evaluate and feedback the effectiveness and efficiency of each action, and update recommendation for further improvement - Manage and control relevant agencies including media - Manage projects to be completed on time and within budget
requirements - 3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer goods area - University graduate or above - Fluent in English
