responsibilities | -Responsible for digital commerce platform operation ( web & mobile site) -Manage end-to-end online business process including product information creation, order management, delivery & inventory mgmt, and customer service -Plan & Execute online marketing & alliance initiatives -Develop product assortment & digital merchandising roadmap reflecting seasonal stories, key products and brand marketing/on-line promotion momentum. -Ensure digital platform provide engaging & inspiring experience to consumers, identify/propose new opportunity to grow digital commerce -Provide multi-dimensional analytics on website traffic, customer DB, sales status -Proactively collaborate with agency & vendors |
