summary
responsibilities •Relevant diagnosis, dispatching and user support on every kind of issue about SAP and other Applications. •Classify user requests, collect user requirements and provide quick win when possible •Follow-up the request with IT colleagues and users •Analyze requests to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the service •Relevant diagnosis, intervention and user support on every kind of office computing issue (PC, hardware, office applications, email, servers and network systems at relevant level). •Equipment provisioning for employees (technical instruments). •Professional interaction with suppliers together with his manager. •Participate in Corporate projects for the innovation/enhancement of the support and knowledge sharing processes, procedures and tools and observe the established quality and procedural guidelines, once the implementation is “Live”. •Supporting Corporate project team in test design and execution •Delivery user training on technical/application IT matters. •Guarantee the application of the Corporate IT Policies and Standards. •Propose innovations/improvements of the support tools. •Maintain and customize existing support tools according to the requirements and needs. •Adapt office computing applications to users’ needs developing simple programs on request.
requirements •Bachelor degree with major in IT application system. •At least 5 years’ working experience of internal IT support for the application area •Proficiency on Office automation tools (Microsoft software, PC hardware). •Proficiency on SAP module (FI,MM,SD) as Key User or IT Support. •Proficiency on Functional/Reporting/Intranet Application system and techniques. •Good command of English in both written and spoken •Good knowledge of main business process (logistic or F&A).
