responsibilities Responsible for initiating annual and long term brand promotion strategies, developing competitive campaign plan, leading collaborative execution and analyzing results / ROI on the basis of holistic understanding of prevalent market and consumer trend Under general direction, lead consumer marketing team to develop corporate communication plan, manage corporate philanthropic sponsoring activities, supervise & keep the quality of everyday PR & DPR activities, and prepare Issue management. Cooperating and/or leading various functional areas to develop integrated marketing campaign and CSR campaign, play as a key contact for NGO and public facilities, and coordinate action plans & prepare activities. Supervise consumer promotion, review analytic report and monitoring data, and keep shaping promotions, contents, format
requirements Bachelor degree or above in marketing, business administration, journalism or relevant majors. At least 8 years of experience inconsumer marketing or marketing communication in cosmetics, personal care or appropriate retail industries. Competitive in knowledge and experience in digital marketing based on traditional PR. Communicate fluent English (speaking, understanding and writing)
